Exchange and Return Policy

  • If the desired item is not available, we will issue a refund or offer you a credit note according to our Return Policy.

Return Process:

  • Our automated return portal will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return label if applicable.
  • Please ensure that the item(s) are securely packaged to avoid any damage during transit.
  • Jack Victor reserves the right to decline a refund upon inspection of your returned item(s) based on the above eligibility requirements.

Refund Options:

  • If you made the purchase using a credit card, the refund will be credited back to the same card.
  • Please note that it may take a few business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.

Non-Refundable Items:

Damaged or Defective Items:
