Shipping and Delivery

To track your order you can visit the shipping carrier tracking page with your tracking number:

We offer multiple shipping options at checkout once the shipping address is entered. All orders received Monday-Friday by 3pm EST will ship the same day. Orders received after 3pm EST will ship the next business day.

At this time we only ship to the United States and Canada.

If you need to change the shipping address before the item is in transit with a carrier, please contact our customer service as soon as possible to request a delivery address change. We will validate if its is possible.

If you need to change the shipping address after the item is in transit with a carrier, please contact the carrier with your tracking number as soon as possible to request a delivery address change. Fees may apply for changes, the discretion of the carrier upon request.

Placing my order

No. You may opt to checkout as a guest by simply forgoing the ‘login’ option at checkout.

You may use any of the following major credit cards to issue payment: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and ShopPay.

Once an order has been completed and payment has been made, a screen confirming your order will appear. You can be assured that your payment was processed fully and correctly.

In order to cancel an order before it has shipped, send an email to [email protected]. An order which has already shipped will require the customer to go through out return process (see return policy).

Jack Victor will not match prices with other companies.

Prices on the jackvictor.com website are subject to change. Prior purchases are not eligible for price adjustments.

Processed orders cannot be modified or adjusted. Purchases made during promotional events are not subject to price adjustments.

Discount and Promotional Codes

Please note that all discount codes and promotional codes do not apply on sales items, nor can they be combined with any other special offer. 

The discount code and/or promotional code cannot be applied by customer service once the order has been placed.

Price Adjustments

Processed orders cannot be modified or adjusted. Purchases made during promotional events are not subject to price adjustments.


Final Sale Items

Any sale or clearance items marked “final sale” (unless they are defective or damaged upon delivery) are non exchangeable or returnable. 


Gift With Purchase Items

Any gift with purchase requires a minimum purchase value to be free. Item must be added to the cart to receive in the order, this item is not auto selected. Any gift offer is upon availability in colors offered, while stock last. Item is automatically free once threshold is met in the cart. Item cannot be added to your order after purchase. Free gift item cannot be exchanged or returned for any orders made on the day of the offer.

Black Friday & Cyber Monday Sale Policy


Up to 50% off selected styles online at jackvictor.com only. Valid in the US & CA countries only. Qualifying products are badged on category and product pages, any final sale items are non-refundable or non-exchangeable. Offer cannot be combined with any other promotional offer, redeemed for cash, or applied to previous purchases. Offer terms are subject to change. Offer is not available in any participating third-party speciality stores and major retailers carrying the product. Price matching is outside of our policy during this sale period. Discount will be auto-applied to the eligible items.

Exchanges and Returns

Return Process:

  • We offer free returns for all eligible items within the specified timeframe.
  • Our automated return portal will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return label if applicable.
  • Please ensure that the item(s) are securely packaged to avoid any damage during transit.
  • Jack Victor reserves the right to decline a refund upon inspection of your returned item(s) based on the above eligibility requirements. 


Steps to Return:

1. Enter your order number and the email address used to place the order. Your order number can be found in the confirmation email received upon placing the order. Select "return items". Please, do not enter the order number found on your packing slip. 

2. Select the item(s) you wish to return or exchange. Select your return reason then click select “next”. Choose from our three return options, then “Confirm”.

3. This will generate a pre-addressed return label or QR code. Ensuring your package is properly sealed, drop it off at any UPS location.

Once received, we'll verify the goods and then issue your refund. This usually takes 7 business days.

  • If the desired item is not available, we will issue a refund or offer you a credit note according to our Return Policy.

Absolutely! We will happily exchange any unaltered item for a different size, color or style. In order to exchange an item, you must first initiate a return, you may specify the items you wish to replace your returns with in our return portal.
