Whats my order status?

We accept returns of unworn and unaltered merchandise purchased at JackVictor.com. Merchandise must be in original condition with tags attached up to 30 days from the shipping date for a full refund.

What is your return policy?

1. To create a return, please go to https://www.jackvictor.com/apps/returns. Enter your order number and the email address used to place the order. Your order number can be found in the confirmation email received upon placing the order. Select "return items". Please, do not enter the order number found on your packing slip. 
2. Select the item(s) you wish to return or exchange. Select your return reason then click select “next”. Choose from our three return options, then “Confirm”.
3. This will generate a pre-addressed return label or QR code. Ensuring your package is properly sealed, drop it off at any UPS location.
Once received, we'll verify the goods and then issue your refund. This usually takes 7 business days.

How do I return my item?

If you are a new customer, you would have received a unique welcome code for your first order when you subscribe by email.

Where can I get a discount?

To know which size best fits you, please check out our Size Guide and use the size reccomendation tool located on the product page under "Whats my size?", we will ask your height, weight and age to give you an accurate size recommendation.
